Miller Properties, Inc. was founded when Frank Miller, then a resident of Atlanta, Georgia, was granted the franchise rights for Louisiana. The first Waffle House in Louisiana opened in 1973 in Baton Rouge on Airline Highway at Cedarcrest.

Today Miller Properties operates 20 plus restaurants in Southeast Louisiana. Our 20 plus years of experience and dedication to the "Poor Old Cash Customer" ensures us of continuous growth and stability.
