| As a Unit Manager for Miller Properties, Inc., you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a 24-hour, quick-service restaurant which requires the staffing and supervision of 20 to 30 Associates. | A typical work schedule for a Unit Manager
consists of 6 days on, 2 days off work schedule (60-65 hours). To be successful, you must possess a "Can Do" attitude and the ability to manage your restaurant as if it were your own business. Our success will be determined by the number of quality people we bring into our organization and by the performance they achieve. | Training is a hallmark of the Miller Properties, Inc. system. Training begins the first day of employment and continues throughout an Associate's career. Training programs and initiatives are tailored to particular positions and consist of materials, videotapes, clinics, and self study. |

| All new Management Trainees participate in a specialized training program consisting of on-the-job field training. The Training Program consists of three phases and takes a minimum of 14 weeks to complete. | |

| Management controls its own destiny regarding compensation, since bonuses are based on performance. Many different types of bonuses are available, which supplement the base salary. | |

Compensation (includes Bonus) Average Unit Manager Income.............................$45,000 District Manager (3 units/full year).......................$80,000 Average Division Manager (9 units/full year).......$100,000 These are only averages, Individual compensation depends directly on performance. |
